Wat Ku Kut Lamphun

On the west side of town is Wat Ku Kut (also known as Wat Chama Devi), an important temple for its two ancient chedis, dating probably from the early 13th century and regarded as the only surviving examples of Dvaravati architecture.     Never been there, but sounds like very interesting place for relaxing holiday or day trip from Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai.

    Place is quite nice, a friend of mine come from there and I have spend a couple of days last year. Relaxing vacation in Thailand, nothing really fancy.

    It isn’t really impressive place, however worth going there for a day or two or just have a day trip from Chiang Mai.
